Pricing questions.
Is KYCVerify free?
The sandbox is: every check, test keys and the full console, for as long as you are testing. Verifying real people needs a live arrangement, which we agree with you. Contact us.
Why are there no prices on this page?
Because we have not published any yet, and we would rather agree terms that fit your volumes and checks than print a number we may have to change. Write to hello@kycverify.me with a rough monthly volume and the checks you need.
Can I use the sandbox for real customers?
No. The sandbox is for testing and integration with kyc_test_ keys. Production verifications belong in a live app with kyc_live_ keys, set up once we have agreed live terms.
What happens to sandbox data?
It lives in the sandbox app, apart from any live data, and is purged after the app's retention period (90 days unless you change it). You can purge any session at once from the console or with DELETE /v1/sessions/{id}.
What do other vendors include that KYCVerify does not?
Things like NFC chip reading, certified passive liveness, PEP and adverse-media lists, KYB, phone OTP and native SDKs. See the comparison for the full, sourced list.
Do Aadhaar, PAN or AML checks need separate contracts?
No. They run on KYCVerify's own engine: Aadhaar offline verification uses UIDAI's public certificates, PAN validation is structural, and the OFAC and UN lists are published by their issuers. There is no third-party provider to sign up with.
